A top global CRO has selected PV Intake to automate the case intake for a large global pharma. This CRO provides full services to take clients assets from concept to compound to cure. The CRO has manual case entry and translation processes which required the addition of resources to keep up with increasing caseloads. This was a cause for increased costs and potential future delays in completing work. PV Intake is being deployed to quickly process cases to meet increasing case volume and provide scale going forward. They will be automating a variety of data sources including handwritten forms, literature, Japanese and German translation to English, CIOMS, and spontaneous case sources. The CRO will deploy PV Intake in the RxLogix AWS cloud.
