Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a part of status meetings and helping PM maintaining JIRA, updating project plans, suggest resourcing looking at the capacity plan and maintain the same in the project plan as well.
  • Follow-ups with the team for task level activities highlighting the delays and escalating if needed.
  • Assist Project manager in preparing, updating and publishing project plans, timeframes, and schedule and budget reports.
  • Assist in tracking & documenting project phases and creating status summary reports for the stakeholders at weekly intervals.
  • Extracting the pending tasks report from Jira and publishing the same to the team to avoid delays and road blockers.
  • Analyze and monitor working hours, budget, and resource allocations reports and report the same to PM for further actions.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager and operations teams (Dev, QA, and business/PO) to ensure that the project deliverable are achieved.
  • Facilitate the day-to-day coordination between Development, testing and compliance/quality team to avoid any incidents occurrence and improve efficiency.
  • Report and escalate proactively any delay or risk to Project Manager as per the needs.
  • Will be working as a backup to PM as in when needed i.e. ensure that other projects and tasks are on track in PM’s absence or not available due to other priorities.
  • Tracking the daily project progress within team, to ensure on-time delivery of the interim milestones.
  • Keep track of over assigned and underutilized resources on the projects and get them balanced in project plan.
  • Regular follow ups with team for their task status, risk and challenge faced
  • Preparing weekly status, delayed task, project costing, resource productivity ad-hoc reports reflecting important information of projects
  • Project analysis and milestone delivery planning based on constraints like time, cost and resource availability.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to SDLC and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Minimum Requirements

  • Tech + MBA/PGDM/PGPM
  • Experience: 3+ Years
  • Very good command of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and individuals at various levels
  • Self- motivated with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic high-volume work environment.
  • Good Understanding of Software industry.
