    Raj’s vision, leadership and passion continues to drive RxLogix.

    Raj is the Chief Architect and CEO of RxLogix Corporation since its inception in 2010. Raj has extensive experience implementing, upgrading and managing Argus Suite, which is RxLogix’ core expertise. In addition to services, Raj’s leadership and vision has resulted in RxLogix’ innovative, user friendly and unique pharmacovigilance software products designed to be used by small to large pharmaceutical companies for global use.

    Raj has over 20 years of experience in the pharmacovigilance industry and is considered to be one of the world’s foremost expert of the Argus Safety Suite. Raj started his career at Relsys, the original developer of Argus Safety suite with its version 1.0, and continued to grow through the ranks, last serving as VP of Services & Strategy at the time of Oracle acquisition of Relsys. Raj was involved with most of the major implementations of Argus and led the Argus deployment at Pfizer, Amgen, Quintiles, Astellas, Schering, Chugai, Genentech, Actelion, CVT and many smaller biotech companies. After Oracle acquired Relsys, Raj was Senior Director in HSGBU for Oracle before starting RxLogix Corporation.

    Raj holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.

  • Dr. Krishna Bahadursingh, Head of Corporate and Product Strategy

    Dr. Krishna Bahadursingh will be heading the overall Corporate and Product Strategy of RxLogix.

    Dr. Bahadursingh comes to RxLogix with over 20 years of experience in Pharma Executive Management positions, managing cross-functional teams globally and a well-recognized leader in the Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management and Medical Affairs space. He is also passionate about organizational theory and behavior with an abiding interest in both the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that contribute to organizational success and sustainability. Prior to joining RxLogix, Dr. Bahadursingh was Senior Vice-President Safety Business Unit and the Representative Director for Arisglobal in Japan. At MSD (Merck) Japan, he was the Regional Medical Director for the Acute Hospital Care and Anti-infectives Medical Affairs franchise and was instrumental in building that franchise out for Japan and Asia Pacific. Before that he was executive head of Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management at MSD (Merck) Japan.

    Dr. Bahadursingh has had a successful career in clinical practice and Executive MBA (specializing in International Finance) and is also an attorney-at-law (specializing in medical jurisprudence) in both the United Kingdom and Canada.

    Rafal heads up Engineering and DevOps groups at RxLogix.

    Rafal has over 18 years of experience in software engineering & system architecture in a variety of fields including: network security, pharmacy, call center & advertising.

    Prior to RxLogix, Rafal was a co-founder of and later Director of Engineering at Pamlab Development (a Nestle Health Science company), where he designed and implemented software systems integrating Pharmacy & Call Center operations. Delivering a suite of services including complex data analytics, call prioritization, workflow management & data integrations, which increased productivity and lowered error rates. These solutions paved the way for the future growth by handing thousands of calls per day and processing millions of dollars in payments per month.

    Rafal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Canada.

    Pradeep is responsible for PV Intake product and to provide Argus Japan subject matter expertise at RxLogix.

    Pradeep is responsible for PV Intake product and to provide Argus Japan subject matter expertise at RxLogix.

    Pradeep has 15+ years of experience in Software industry, out of which 12+ years is in Drug Safety domain at Relsys and then Oracle. His experience includes regulatory analysis, business and functional requirements, technical designs, development & reviews of several key modules and features of Argus Safety. He brings forward a rare combination of great business & regulatory knowledge of Drug Safety domain and deep understanding of functional & technical knowledge of Argus Safety suite.

    Before joining RxLogix, he was Director, Product Management at his previous company Oracle, responsible for Argus Japan product.

    Pradeep holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, a top technology institute of India.

    He has more than 7+years of experience in life-sciences industry, working with several top pharmaceutical companies. His expertise includes in depth knowledge of PV regulations,strategy and roadmap development, reporting and signaling process/solution design, system implementation and program management.

    He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina..

    Deepak has more than 18 years of International Business, IT and Management Consultancy Experience with fortune 500 companies. He has successfully managed several global software system implementation for several clients in several industry segments namely Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Mortgage.

    He has provided Engagement Management on several multi-million dollar implementations for various clients driving delivery success and customer satisfaction, utilizing geographically dispersed delivery consultants.

    He works directly with CTO’s and Engineering heads to provide product based professional services and 24 X 7 support services.

    Deepak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Engineering, India.

    Peter is responsible for professional services for RxLogix European operations.

    Peter has more than 19 years of experience in life sciences industry with over 11 years in Pharmacovigilance domain.

    With his double background in medicine and IT, he led and delivered many business and technology focused projects to top pharma companies and health authorities in Europe and US.


    Peter has unique experience in design, development and implementation of signal detection and data analysis systems and is passionate about application of machine learning and artificial intelligence in drug safety systems to deliver tangible business benefits to his clients.

    He is a Medical Doctor and received his Medical Computer Science degree in Berlin, Germany.

    Shinichi has several years of experience managing teams and providing customers with support for EDC, post marketing surveillance and safety related Oracle products. He has more than 20 years of experience of IT management in the Research & Development section with Pharmaceutical companies and IT vendors..

    Prior to joining RxLogix, had several leadership roles in Japan including Director of Customer Support, HSGBU, Oracle and Director of Foresight Group.

    Shinichi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics Science from Meiji University in Japan.
