General Purpose:

The Automation test engineer will be involved in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for web-based applications as well as data issues of ETL in a regulated environment, including automated tests at the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) level. Work will also include writing Oracle SQLs to test the ETL.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities will also include developing, maintaining, and execution of manual test scripts, as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of BE, B. Tech, or MCA preferably from a premium institute
• Having good knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Test Automation experience with QTP/UFT or any open-source tool
• 4-8 years of automation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Understanding of SDLC, software development
• Good VB scripting skills
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills
• Experienced with MS Excel, MS Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with drug safety systems, particularly Argus Safety, is a plus
• Experience with Agile projects is a plus
• Experience with load and performance testing
• Good knowledge of SQL
