Job Description
   
  Title: Project Manager
  General Purpose: Direct the technical, business and personnel aspects of a consulting engagement and assist in sales efforts with existing and prospective clients. Apply project management techniques and individual technical and/or business knowledge to ensure that the quality of the work product and project deliverables of a consulting engagement is of the highest quality to satisfy client expectations.
  Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manages and assists customers with all aspects of deployment services, which include:
 
  • Formulate project plan and manage the plan. Manage customer expectations and provide communication flow to/from the project. Primary responsibility for key PM activities such as status reporting, issue management, risk management, and project cost tracking.
  • Provide services in the following areas: Conference room pilot, Product training, Configuration, Migration and data loading, Validation, Cut-over support, Issues resolution
  • Provide Drug Safety and application knowledge to projects.
  • Provide application expertise on Oracle Argus and related modules. This includes consulting on
    • Business Process (SOP) development
    • Application configuration and functional testing (OQ/PQ)
    • Running workshops and pilots
  • Accountable for specific application deliverables such as configuration.
  • Based on customer needs, the Project Manager will be required to manage more than one implementation at one time
  • As a technical and business advisor to the project team, the Project Manager is responsible for participating and contributing toward the attainment of group and individual goals by transferring knowledge, monitoring engagement team performance, and providing timely feedback to company as well as the customer
  • Working with the product development and other engineering teams to select the appropriate tools and procedures to support implementation
  • Practice development (internal) projects as assigned, to grow the company.
  • Additional responsibilities include:
    • Managing team members
    • Work assignment for team members
    • Report to senior management on team member activities
    • Conducting performance appraisals for team members
    • Managing project documentation and knowledge
    • Manage project logistics
   
  Minimum Requirements:
 
  • University degree, preferably business and technology
  • 10 years experience; 5 years or more of IT consulting experience (highly desirable to have big-5 or large SI experience)
  • Experienced with SDLC, software development, systems architecture, and interfaces/reporting.
  • 5+ years of project management in F500 environments
  • Must have 3+ years experience delivering at least ONE enterprise software category – ERP, SCM, CRM
  • Highly desirable to have experience in pharmaceutical environment, preferably in system validation and/or pharmacovigilance.
  • Experienced in current technologies and platforms including project management tools.

  Title: Business Analyst
   
  General Purpose: Primary business/functional/application consultant on a client project, providing expertise in developing business processes, configuring the application, and implementing the Argus suite of applications.
   
  Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides business expertise with all aspects of consulting services, which include:
 
  • Provide expertise on the business of drug safety and pharmacovigilance.
  • Provide application expertise on Oracle products including Argus and related modules. This includes consulting on
    • Business Process (SOP) development
    • Application configuration and functional testing (OQ/PQ)
    • Issue resolution
    • Running workshops and pilots
    • Data migration/mapping
    • System validation, etc.
  • Accountable for specific application deliverables such as configuration.
  • Consult on more than one implementation at one time
  • As a business advisor to the project team, the consultant is responsible for participating and contributing toward the attainment of group and individual goals by transferring knowledge, monitoring engagement team performance, and providing timely feedback to company as well as the customer

  Minimum Requirements:
 
  • University degree, preferably business or science
  • 7-10 years experience; 3-5 years of consulting experience (highly desirable to have big-5 or large SI experience)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical environment, preferably in system validation and/or pharmacovigilance, or in drug safety departments.
  • Must have experience delivering enterprise software implementations
  • Highly desirable to have process mapping and design experience.
  • Experienced in current technologies and platforms including project management tools and database applications.

  Title: Technology Consultant
   
  General Purpose: This individual will provide technology-consulting expertise on implementation projects, including IT architecture and Infrastructure Planning/Setup. IT Consultant will also be the primary software installation expert on projects.
   
  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for the Installation and Infrastructure activities for RxLogix – recommend/design client-side infrastructure, install Oracle applications, and troubleshoot IT issues
  • Provide consultative expertise on projects, guiding teams through key IT considerations relating to system architecture, interfaces and data flows, and overall IT performance
  • Assist sales/solutions staff in accurately scoping and estimating the technology requirements for projects
  • Provide leadership in developing IT policies for the services organization as they relate to deployments
  • Assist in developing IT tools for internal use, to improve implementation capabilities
  • Develop strong relationships with client IT organizations
   
  Minimum Requirements:
 
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of IT experience; 5 years or more of IT consulting experience (highly desirable to have big-5 or large SI experience)
  • Experienced with SDLC, software development, systems architecture, and interfaces/reporting.
  • Must have 3+ years experience delivering at least one enterprise software category – ERP, SCM, CRM
  • Be able to work independently with data side aspects such as databases, data modeling etc.
  • Highly desirable to have experience in pharmaceutical environments
  • Experienced in current technologies and platforms

  Title: DBA Consultant
   
  General Purpose: This individual will provide database-consulting expertise on implementation projects and in developing internal tools.
   
  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide expertise in database administration, maintenance, and data modeling
  • Deliver database level support to implementation projects through on-site and off-site support, troubleshooting, script development and execution, and activities such as export/import, backup/recovery, SQL tuning, SGA tuning
  • Create and maintain database upgrade scripts
  • Develop/deliver database tools to improve RxLogix implementation capabilities
  • Consult with clients on optimal ways to utilize Oracle databases and data models
  • Provide data migration and ETL expertise
   
  Minimum Requirements:
 
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of DBA experience
  • Experienced with SDLC, data modeling, data warehousing, and front-end software development
  • Strong expertise in Oracle (8i +) including Oracle Developer (SQL/PLSQL), Store procedures, DBA experience, SQL* Loader, Performance tuning etc.
  • Highly desirable to have experience with leading drug safety and/or clinical products
  • Highly desirable to have knowledge of Argus application suite.
